When Kelsey first signed up for Get Court Ready, her solicitor was worried worried she was about to lose her children.
Her ex had convinced the judge that she was obstructing contact when in reality she was making the children available but he was refusing because he wanted to dictate contact arrangements.
Kelsey dedicated time to going through each of the modules and putting all of her evidence into EVIDENCETRACKER. She then booked in for some strategy calls, during which time we were able to sort through and prepare for a fact find.
This shifted everything!
At the next hearing the judge put in a prohibitive steps order (which she hadn't even asked for) to prevent the father from taking the children, and gave her primary residency.
Her solicitor was astounded and commented on how she was now able to manage her ex, so much better, was much calmer and presented so well.
This is all within the space of 6 months. What a turn around!

DOUBLE TROUBLE
Rob signed up for Get Court Ready because he was facing not 1 but 2 vindictive exes who had both collaborated to create a narrative of a violent and abusive father.
Although Rob had managed to prove to the police that these is that these allegations were not true, family court was not proving so easy.
However after working through all of the modules and putting everything into practice Rob emailed me to tell me that contact had been reinstated and he was now looking forward to parenting his son for the first time in many months.
What a result!

Debra is someone a lot like you.
When she contacted me in June 2020 she was at a loss as to what to do to protect herself and the children. The court had sided with her ex and her children were at breaking point due to the continued abuse.
Like you she had no idea how to show the court her ex was coercively controlling her and the children (her ex who was a top lawyer no less!).
Maybe you can relate….
Debra tried to show how her ex had lied, explain how the abuse was impacting the children and that he was never going to stop unless they intervened. She pleaded with them to help her but they simply saw him as a good dad and her accusations as an attempt to alienate him.
Out of desperation Debra began Googling terms like “child arrangement orders” and she came across my Get Court Ready programme.
What happened over the next 3 months was astounding….
In August 2020, after 6 years of being disbelieved and reprimanded for her own behaviour, the GAL did a complete 180 and had robustly put her support behind Deborah. As had the Youth Worker. And finally the judge.
Her ex had revealed his true colours and the new court order reflected this with strong protection in place for her and the children.
Debra was cautious at first, even fearing that this would make her ex even worse but 4 months down the line and they are free! Living their life without fear. The children are supported and her ex can no longer control her.
